Come and join the Zumbathon charity workout on Saturday, 25 January

Kick start your New Year regime and come and join the Zumbathon fitness party with our team of great Zumba instructors! Saturday, 25 January (11am-1pm) at the Armitage Centre
This will be the 9th two-hour charity dance/fitness workout that will get you moving and shaking to the rhythm and beats of a variety of dance/fitness and music styles including salsa, mambo, samba, Bhangra, flamenco, hip hop, pop and many more. There will be spot prizes given on the day for the most colourful outfit.
The Teenage Cancer Trust
Our designated charity this year will be the Teenage Cancer Trust. Every day in the UK, six young people are told they have cancer. Usually placed on a children's ward or with elderly patients, young people often feel extremely isolated whilst being treated for cancer. The Teenage Cancer Trust have a vision of the future where young people's lives don't stop because they have cancer. They make sure teenagers are treated as young people first, cancer patients second and everything they do aims to improve quality of life and chances of survival.
