Temporary closure of parking area in Rear Quad, John Owens Building

The Rear Quadrangle of the John Owens Building will be closed for parking from Monday, 20 January for a period of two weeks.
This is to facilitate planned maintenance works to the Ex-Botany building, which unfortunately have clashed with some emergency safety-critical remedial works to Coupland 3.
Access will be maintained for deliveries and essential service vehicles via a single lane; however, the parking area needs to be kept clear of cars to allow for turning and bypass.
We anticipate that this closure will be for no more than two weeks, but we will keep you updated as to when we expect to re-open it.
Once the Rear Quad re-opens, it will be as per the amended traffic flow arrangements shown in this diagram:
