Box of Broadcast Service (BoB) unavailable

The Box of Broadcast (BoB) Service which is used to make off-air recordings of TV programmes which can then be embedded into Blackboard courses will be unavailable from 5pm on 13 December through to 23 December
What is happening?
The service is being upgraded to include a number of new features including availability on mobile devices, You-Tube style comments and new foreign language channels.
When will it happen?
From 5pm on 13 December through to 23 December 2013.
What do you need to do?
Please consider this downtime when planning teaching and learning activities. If you use BoB, please let your students know e.g. by sending an email via Blackboard and/or posting an announcement.
