This introductory course is open to anyone who is interested in exploring what MBTI is and how it may be used.
The M.B.T.I. (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) is a psychometric instrument which measures individual preferences relating to how people perceive the world and make decisions.
Delegates will learn about the M.B.T.I. and how it is used. They will have an opportunity to identify their own personal ‘type’ and begin to explore its impact on their working relationships.
