GPU Club meeting

On Wednesday, 13 November (2-3.30pm), the GPU Club invites all interested staff and postgraduate research students to its meeting in University Place 4.206.

Agenda highlights include:

• John Michalakes, American National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), who will present his experiences of emerging technologies: “Application of accelerators to reactive chemistry in WRF-Chem”
• Craig Davies, Maxeler Technologies, who will discuss data-flow on their FPGA (field-programmable gate array) platform

This will be followed by light refreshments and a networking opportunity.
