ESRC Impact Acceleration Account Pilot

Funding round two is now open until 25 November 2013.
ESRC is committed to encouraging two-way dialogue and collaboration between social scientists and research users in order to maximise the potential impact of social science research on policy and practice. In order to fully understand the best approaches to future support, ESRC is piloting a system of funding for knowledge exchange and impact activities, in which the University has been selected to participate.
From September 2013 to July 2014, the University will be running an ESRC Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) Pilot, a new and exciting funding opportunity which is open to all research staff across the University.
Total available funding is £500,000.
The ESRC IAA Team is pleased to announce the ESRC IAA Pilot Funding Call 2 for funding under the following schemes:
- Placements
- Policy or evidence seminars
- Research into practice
The closing date for applications to this call is Monday, 25 November 2013 (12 noon).
