Schools and Colleges Liaison Team is recruiting and training new members
01 Nov 2013
Book now for a training session on 6 or 7 November if you would like to support the University's student recruitment work in schools and colleges.
Volunteers from all levels of staff (academic and PSS) are sought to join the Schools and Colleges Liaison Team (SCLT) to support the delivery of recruitment-focussed outreach work in schools and colleges.
The aim of this outreach work is to support the University’s provision of information, advice and guidance to young people and their teachers, and to promote The University of Manchester as a study destination. Members of the SCLT attend HE Conventions across the UK, and can also choose to deliver presentations in schools and colleges.
We are now taking bookings for the SCLT training session. This training session is compulsory for new members of the SCLT and optional for existing members who may wish to have a refresher. You only need to attend one of the training sessions.
- Wednesday, 6 November 2013 (10am-12 noon) - University Place 5.211
- Thursday, 7 November 2013 (2-4pm) - Room A2 Simon Building
If you are available to attend either of these dates, please complete this survey:
