Pilates Pay-As-You-Go Sessions

Back, neck or shoulder issues? Why not try Pilates!

Pilates is great to improve your core strength, balance, mobility and flexibility.  Exercises are performed slowly and with precision.  You can work at your own pace.  The classes are mixed abailities and complete beginners are welcome as levels will be given according to the individual's ability.

All equipment is provided.  Please wear comfortable movable clothing e.g. t-shirt/leggings/joggers/shorts.

These sessions are pay-as-you-go and prices vary from £3.50 to £5.00. 

Sessions

Monday, 5.15-6.00pm at the Sackville Street Building, Floor H, Room H11

Wednesday, 12.00-12.45pm at the UMSA Activity Rooms, Dover Street
