Online expenses submission suspended during University financial system upgrade

The University will be upgrading its current Oracle Financials system in November and, as a result, the system will be unavailable from Wednesday, 30 October to Tuesday, 5 November 2013.

HR Services is therefore requesting that you submit claims before 30 October wherever possible. Alternatively, Claimants will have to postpone their claim until the online expenses portal becomes available again on 5 November. Expenses Claims can only be processed via the online format; no other alternatives are available for the period of closure.
