Find what you’re looking for with the IT Services Knowledge Base
As part of the IT Service Desk, the Knowledge Base is a powerful database which allows you to quickly and easily find answers to your IT related questions. These answers range from ‘How To’ articles that offer a step-by-step guide to accomplish a task, to information articles which explain IT concepts.
You can also use this 24/7 service to send details of your problem or submit a service request online. The Knowledge Base is similar to an Internet search engine; all you need to do is enter the keywords that you are seeking and select Search.
