Learn to Dance “Strictly Style”!

Due to popular demand we’re bringing Ballroom back to the Martin Harris Centre. Whether you’ve danced with us before or are a complete novice, you’ll love these new routines!

You will receive expert dance tuition from Mark Rowbottom who manages “Steppin Out Dance Centre”. Mark, who has more than thirty years dance experience, will guide you through a fabulous selection of the world’s most popular Ballroom & Latin dances, including Jumping Jive, Sexy Salsa, Tantalising Tango and Quickety Quickstep.

The 9-week course (25th September - 20th November) is suitable for those with no or little dance experience and partners aren’t essential. Join us on your lunch hour for some relaxation and fun. Ballroom dancing is useful for social events and special occasions but it is also great exercise! Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

These classes form part of the University's wellbeing initiative.

Price: 9 lessons at £4 per lesson (total payable in advance: £36)
Classes take place each Wednesday at 1.05pm from 25th September to 20th November 2013.
