Get toned for your hols with Summer Fitness

Eight-week courses commencing 17 June 2013.

Sport will be offering a Fitness programme during the vacation at the Dover Street Building.

Why not have a go at Kettlebells, which is a great session to get you strong and toned, or try a Zumba class which is a great way to improve lung function, burn fat and improve your coordination.
