Eight-week fitness courses are now available to book online

Stay fit and active on campus this summer with Be Active courses.
Exercising just once a week can greatly improve your overall wellbeing and alleviate work related stress. The eight-week courses cover a range of different activities from high impact Cardio Blast and strength building Kettlebells to relaxing yoga. All classes will take place in the Wellbeing Rooms, Dover Street building and start on 17 June.

There is also a timetable of drop-in classes that run at the Sugden Sports Centre over the summer vacation. You don't need to be a member to attend the classes, but if you are going to attend regular drop-in sessions then you might want to consider whether you will save money by taking out a gym membership with classes included.
