Programmes Officer
The Programmes Officer is responsible for ensuring that programmes-related policies and procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently across all programmes in the whole School. They are the School liaison point with the University Student System Office; they oversee the timetable system across the School, they manage Welcome Week and student induction across the School, and they maintain accurate records on programmes and units offered by the School. They administer the disciplinary process and procedure within the School. They are responsible for ensuring the Programme Administrators receive the training and support they need to carry out the timetabling and programmes administration relevant to their role effectively and efficiently. The Programmes Officer also has line management responsibilities within the team, as shown on the T&L Office Organisation Chart.
