Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to creating an environment where diversity is celebrated, and all staff and students are treated fairly and feel they can bring their whole selves to work and study. Our departmental equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) structure consists of a committee led by Dr Tom Shearer, which meets quarterly, and supplementary discussion groups focussed on specific EDI topics.
