Wellbeing
The University is committed to creating a working environment where all members of our colleague community feel able to thrive, feel well, and reach their full potential.
The Library has formed a Wellbeing Planning Group which is responsible for overseeing and delivering the Library Wellbeing action plan to help achieve this goal. The group includes at least one wellbeing champion from each Library Directorate.
