The Library’s overall budget is £23m of which 41% is spent on staffing and 46% on acquiring Library content.

The remaining budget is categorised as other operating expenditure (OOE) and covers a wide variety of Library activity including furniture and equipment, digital systems, travel and training, and conservation and preservation.
