- Be open to learning new things when choosing your sessions.
- It's okay to have a quiet break and reflect on the day so far.
- If you feel awkward networking, the person next to you probably feels the same and will feel grateful if you talk to them.
- Don't forget you also have a unique perspective and set of experiences others will be interested to hear about.
- It's always a good idea to take notes so you can reflect later and write up your experience to share what you've learnt with others.
