Policies and procedures

The University has ten Information Governance Framework Principles that must be embedded into all working practices that involve information. The principles are supported by a set of established Policies and Standard Operating Procedures that must be adhered to by all staff, in order to minimise the risk to information.

If it is not possible to adhere to these policies, procedures and standards you can seek permission for an exception by reading the Information Governance Exception Handling SOP and submitting and Exception Request in OneTrust. An Exception Handling User Guide for OneTrust is also available.
