Support for academic and admin staff

Your School eLearning lead is the key focus for taking forward eAssessment in your School and they will provide guidance as to the overall strategy for the School.

Training and support

There is a variety of support from the eLearning team including:

  • Training in Turnitin and Feedback Studio
  • If you need further help you can contact the eLearning team via the eLearning Support Page
  • A Blackboard Turnitin Training and Community provides opportunities for peer learning and sharing across colleagues in different Schools; examples of innovative practice; information on new releases from Turnitin; current policy and guidance relating to eAssessment; and Guidance on submitting requests for change to Turnitin. You will automatically be given access to this space if you attend any of our Turnitin/Feedback Studio courses.
