The well-being of our staff is very important to us. We offer support for broader quality-of-life matters under the overarching banner of ‘well-being’, for example, sport and exercise activities.

We also offer a broad range of course and information sessions on well-being initiatives, such as stress management.

A counselling service is available to all staff members and students. As well as individual counselling sessions, it offers a range of courses and workshops on issues related to confidence, mood, stress, among others. Additionally, the service has recently launched Beingwell, an online self-help programme.
