Communications and Engagement

Good staff communications are important for improving staff morale and the way we work.

The Faculty of Humanities Communications and Engagement Team offers advice and support to Schools and departments within the Faculty, to ensure they are communicating and engaging with staff in the most effective way. The team can:

  • support you to review and develop your internal communications strategy, and to improve communications and staff engagement within your School or department
  • advise on communication plans for change management projects
  • promote your latest developments, policies and news, through the Faculty's various channels of communication (eg Humanities eNews)
  • advise on the development of internal communications channels, such as presentations, newsletters, team briefs.
