In two separate videos, staff from across the Faculty (plus one or two from around the University) talk about why they came to work at the University of Manchester, and why they stay.

The videos showcase the wide range of influencing factors which impacted on colleagues’ decisions to either come to or stay at the University. There are contributions from both academic and Professional Services staff, representing a variety of career paths.
