Faculty escalation routes

The Faculty has developed guidance to ensure that staff know who they can contact if they come across an issue related to Estates, Facilities, IT, People & OD, Finance, Media Services, School Services, Research Support, Finance or Contracts

If your questions cannot be answered through an initial contact, the guidance document also explains who you can approach to escalate your enquiry.

If the issue remains unresolved after following the correct escalation process, then it can be raised with the Dean’s Office via VictoriaRobertsDeansOffice@manchester.ac.uk.

Please provide as much detail as possible about the process followed, and include email threads demonstrating contact made and responses received.

We are keen to improve the services we provide, therefore feedback can also be sent to this email address to help us understand your thoughts on any bottlenecks or barriers to business areas being as effective and efficient as they can be. We will share any feedback with relevant leaders to help them improve their services.
