Key Travel bookings for Groups and Events
The Specialist Team Travel are to be contacted for all conference/meeting/function referrals that cannot be accommodated on Campus. Contact details and a brief overview of the process are below

- Complete the enquiry form and send to sttuom.uk@keytravel.com
- Enquiry is received and validated by Team Manager and allocated to an agent (usually within 24 hours)
- Aim is to turn the enquiry around in 4 days – providing options and a quote to the client
A fee of £250 is only charged when the booking is “taken over” by Key Travel and not dealt with from the start.
