Women@Manchester has had an exciting year, with many highlights from International Women’s Week, and the regular webinars and events.  My hope for the future of the network is to raise awareness, encourage active participation and engagement, and advocate for gender equity.  I’d love to see a group which hosts compelling events, seminars and activities, accelerates gender equity, and one that continues to welcome all women within our University.

I am excited to lead the Women@Manchester staff network with Emma. It empowers and amplifies the voices of women, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment at our University. Through this network, I hope women can come together to uplift and support each other, witness greater strides in gender equity, create abundant opportunities and celebrate our achievements.
