Staff Survey Action Plan 2019

Across the University, and at a local level, there is a great deal of work going on to analyse the 2019 staff survey results and develop action plans to address the issues raised.

A DSE Staff Survey Action Group has been established, which has representation from all of our Divisions.

The group met on 3 July 2019 to establish the themes on which the DSE Action Plan would focus.

The DSE’s Action plan will focus on:

• Staff Engagement and Internal Communications
• Performance and Personal Development

• Communications and SLT engagement across the University
• Maintaining a positive working environment for all staff
• How we manage change
