Am I eligible to apply for Future Talent?
The programme is aimed at colleagues working at grade 4 or 5.
What time commitment is required?
The programme will run between mid/late October and June. It will take an average of 3-4 hours per week; some weeks may need more and others may not need any at all.
When is the deadline to apply?
Applications for DSE Future Talent can be submitted throughout the year. Applications received by Friday 6th September will be considered for the following cycle which will begin mid / end of October. Places will be confirmed in week beginning 16th September.
Is there a formal assessment?
No, there isn’t a formal assessment. Participants are expected to attend all group workshops as well as undertaking a work based project. You will provide an interim update on the project work and deliver a presentation at the end of the programme.
When is the deadline to submit a project proposal?
Project proposals can be submitted throughout the year. Proposals received by Friday 13 September will be considered for the following cycle which will begin mid / end of October. Projects will be confirmed by the end of September.
