What is changing?
UoM Sport has reviewed the way the University delivers Sport opportunities to bring activities more in line with the wider sector and to best meet the needs of students, staff and local community. The new structure will bring the following benefits:
- align and evolve with changes in the wider HE and Sport sector, creating a better proactive and reactive service to our service users;
- provide a more positive student experience through delivering more efficient and commercially orientated services;
- increase the level of skills and responsibilities in key identified areas to improve our reach, engagement and ability to generate additional income;
- establish clear lines of responsibility across the whole department, with a focus on career progression at all levels.
Key changes
