Access to Work

Access to Work

Access to Work is a government scheme administered by the Department of Work and Pensions. It can provide funding for equipment, travel and support worker costs. Further information about Access to Work can be found here.

We encourage all new employees at the University to apply to Access to Work, as Access to Work will usually fully fund equipment for new starters if an application is made within 6 weeks of your start date.

DASS can assist you to facilitate your Access to Work application, but you will need to register with us first. You will still need to make the initial online application to Access to Work. Details on how to apply to Access to Work can be found here.
