Become a Flexible Working Champion

Flexible Working Champions are UoM colleagues who support flexible working and flexible workers. Champions share their flexible working story with others, help colleagues to make a success of flexible working and support colleagues who are making a request for flexible working.

Ideally champions will have some experience of working flexibly themselves, or will have managed a team that includes flexible workers.  We will provide training on everything you need to know about flexible working policy and relevant legislation.
