Student Experience

About us

The Faculty Student Experience team supports the Vice Dean for Teaching, Learning and Students in ensuring that the Faculty develops and delivers high quality undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes.

We strive to make the student experience a positive one, in accordance with the strategic objectives established by the University. 

Head of Faculty Student Experience, Helen Eccles, works closely with the Vice Dean and with colleagues in the Faculty's constituent Schools, and also with colleagues in the University’s Directorate for the Student Experience.

Faculty Student Experience has three distinct teams:

• Faculty eLearning team
• Faculty Student Appeals and Complaints team (including student fitness to practise)
• Faculty Teaching and Learning team
