Staff Survey 2017 opens on Monday

02 Mar 2017

Time to have your say

Your voice

It’s that time again when we ask you, our most valuable asset, to give us feedback about your experience of working here.

Some of you will have taken part in previous surveys, in 2013 and 2015, but for some of you this will be completely new.

This survey will tell us how staff are feeling right now and give us feedback that we can use to develop new action plans that will address any issues both across the University and at local level.

If we are to meet our ambitious Manchester 2020 goals we need staff to feel encouraged, valued and motivated… so please let us know what you think.

Your feedback from previous surveys has been used to make real improvements across the University, and you will be able to read more about these in the coming weeks.

Message from Professor Clive Agnew, Vice President for Teaching, Learning and Students

The survey

You will receive an email when the survey opens on Monday, 6 March 2017. It takes around 15 minutes to complete, and you can be sure that all the information you supply will be anonymous and treated in strictest confidence.

Everyone who completes the survey will be in with a chance of winning a mini break! Two people each week will be chosen at random to win a £250 voucher towards a mini break of their choice. Each week a third person will also win a £50 shopping voucher!

Not only that, but for every completed survey the University will donate £1 to a charity chosen by you. The three charities will be listed at the end of the survey for you to choose from.
