Music headline acts for 2018 include The Chemical Brothers, The Flaming Lips, Future Islands, Public Service Broadcasting, Gary Numan and many more. Meanwhile, speakers and exhibitors include Jim Al-Khalili, Alice Roberts, Dallas Campbell, ScienceGrrl, and Practical Action. Beauty Bee - Special offer throughout May

Prize draw winner

The Cinema Society provided a pair of tickets for a prize draw. The winner, who successfully named Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, is Sinead Savage from the School of Health Sciences. Congratulations!

Royal Exchange prize draw

Our friends at the Royal Exchange are offering 1 pair of complimentary tickets to see Samuel Beckett’s surreal masterpiece Happy Days, starring Maxine Peake. To be in with a chance answer the following question:

Email your answer to staffbenefits@manchester.ac.uk by midnight on 7 May, marking the subject “Happy Days” and providing your contact details. The tickets can be for any performance in the run with availability, excluding the press night performance on Wednesday, 30 May.
