Easter break is nearly upon us and will be running from Good Friday, 14 April to Easter Monday, 17 April.

Before you leave work there are a few things you can do to help reduce the amount of energy being consumed on campus.

During Easter 2015, ten University buildings were tasked with switching off all non-essential apparatus. The average saving was an impressive 22% with some buildings reducing their consumption by 50%!

If every colleague becomes involved with the Easter 2017 switch off then the positive environmental impact will be significant.

So please do one final sweep to turn off anything unnecessary, switch off the lights and log-off your computer.
