Try group personal training on campus - for free

From September, the team at Uni Fit are offering you the chance to try our popular group personal training sessions on campus for free


These fun, high energy group sessions use proven exercise and nutrition strategies that can turn your body into a fat burning, muscle toning machine for up to 24 hours after each session. Perfect for staff members who would like to feel fitter, healthier, leaner and toned. 

The Uni Fit programme includes the following:

  • Goal setting and personal consultation call
  • 2 x group sessions per week (evening & lunch sessions) 
  • Your personal 30 day healthy lifestyle plan
  • Help to understand nutrition basics
  • Weekly check ins and accountability 
  • Body composition tracking 
  • Access to our private Facebook group
