Manchester Students’ Union will be hosting their Part Time Officer Elections and you can help them by suggesting students you think would make excellent leaders

Part Time Officers are elected in a cross-campus election and are there to represent our diverse student body. Working with the 8 Executive Officer who are elected in March, PTO’s have a more specific remit, these positons are:

Faculty Officers Liberation Officers

2 Undergraduate Officers
1 Postgraduate Taught Officer
1 Postgraduate Research Officer

For each of the three faculties

2 Black Minority Ethnic (BME) Stduents' Officers
2 Disabled Students' Officers
2 Lesbian Gay Bisexual Queer+ (LGBQ+) Students' Officers
2 Women Students' Officers

Community Officers Access Officers

2 Officers for Fallowfield/Withington
2 Officers for Rusholme/Whiworth Park
2 Officers for City Centre
2 International Students' Officers
1 Ethical & Environmental Officer

1 Widening Participation Student Officer
1 Mature Student Officer
1 Part-Time Student Officer
1 Student Parent Officer
1 Student Carer Officer
1 Living at Home Students' Officer
1 Distance Learner Students' Officer

Suggesting students is one the most effective methods for getting people to run in the Elections and the Union wants your input.
