Celebrate the arrival of the Bees in the City

A two-day family-friendly festival is heading to Manchester this weekend to celebrate the launch of the Bee in the City art trail
To celebrate the arrival of 101 bee sculptures around our city, the Bee in the City Weekender will take place on Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29, with a hive of activity planned.
You may have noticed a flurry of bees around the campus vicinity, including one on the Quad, at the Whitworth Art Gallery, and another next to the new Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites at Alliance MBS. There's also one near Oxford Road rail station designed by one of our students, Kelly Standford.
