The MacDonald Hotel has two spa offers for you – a Twilight Spa Package for £35 and 15% discount on spa treatments (Mon - Thurs). Buddha Beauty Co is offering you 20% off massages and facials and 10% discount on their Buddha Beauty skincare at their Chorlton salon or online via their skincare website. Preened and Polished in the Northern Quarter is offering a 10% discount off all treatments and their gift vouchers for you. This offer has absolutely no restrictions on time or days but does exclude special offers.   City Scene, a regular discount provider, is sharing a short-term offer for 50% off at Malmaison Spa.

Health, fitness and outdoors

For our running enthusiasts you can save 15% at Runners Need. All their staff are trained to offer free video gait analysis and professional fitting services in every store. 

Our large community of cyclists can also save 15% at Cycle Surgery where every one of their 30 nationwide stores is staffed with dedicated enthusiasts who know the area, know the customers and know bikes. 

The University’s Cycle to Work Scheme enables you to save money on the purchase of bikes and accessories or just safety equipment only.  You pay via salary sacrifice and make savings on your Tax and NI!

Nuffield Health (Printworks Gym) offers offer discounted rates to University employees from £42pcm. By joining the Manchester Printworks site as your home club, for no additional cost you can enjoy multi-site access to their other Tier 3 fitness centres

The Life Centre North is the largest yoga and meditation studio in Greater Manchester. They offer over 50 classes, workshops and courses Monday-Sunday and cater for all levels and abilities. The studio is on Deansgate, opposite the Hilton Hotel. They are offering you a free yoga or meditation class then 15% off their 5, 10 and 20 class passes. 

The Boots EyecarePlan Everyone Voucher for only £49 entitles you to a sight test and glasses – this includes a choice of over 4000 personalised frames, or a choice from the Boots £50 to £75 frame range.  The frames are glazed with single vision, bifocal or varifocal lenses with a MAR - multi anti-reflection coating - worth over £40. The University’s Be Active classes and activities are suitable for exercisers of all abilities, from complete beginners to advanced. You can pick from a wide range of different classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and many more! The sessions are run as 8 week blocks and run all year round.
