In September the Planning and Resources Committee (PRC) approved £25 million of funding for a University-wide Student Lifecycle Project. Now entering the mobilisation phase of this transformational project Tim Westlake will be updating colleagues on the work undertaken as part of the scoping phase of the project; identifying the critical pathway and milestones of the project.
The student experience will be at the heart of the project and the aim will be to deliver them a seamless administrative experience, a significantly enhanced online user experience and access to services that are relevant and timely.
Standardisation and simplification is at the heart of this project, and it is likely to bring changes to everyone who has a role in the student experience.
